Wellness Day Fasting Labs
Sapphire Community Health is hosting Wellness Day Fasting Labs for new or established patients. These are general health wellness blood panels, held on October 24th and 25th from 8:00am until 12:00pm; and November 13th and 14th from 8:00 am until 12:00pm.
Total cost: $35
Patients MUST fast for 12 hours prior or we will not draw their blood. Please also drink lots of water. Payment of $35 is due at the time of service. Contact Sapphire Community Health for more information.
